© 2026 Paper Giants Publishing, LLC. All rights reserved.

The short version. The books, software, writing, artwork and design we publish are protected by copyright and belong to Paper Giants Publishing or the authors who license their work to us. You're welcome to link to us, quote briefly for review or teaching under fair use, and use our products as their license allows. For anything else, ask first. If you believe something we publish infringes your copyright, email support@papergiants.pub and we'll look into it.

Section 1What we own

Unless stated otherwise, the following are owned by Paper Giants Publishing, LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright laws:

You may not reproduce, redistribute, adapt, publicly perform or create derivative works from any of this material except as allowed by law (for example, fair use), by the license that comes with a product, or by our written permission. Use of our software is also governed by our Terms of Service and each product's own terms.

Section 2Trademarks

“Paper Giants Publishing,” “Progress Desk,” “Panequill,” “The Adventures of Gabrielle Graham,” and associated logos, marks and cover art are trademarks of Paper Giants Publishing, LLC. You may not use them without our prior written consent, or in a way that suggests we sponsor or endorse you.

Other names and marks on this site, including Apple, App Store and Amazon, belong to their owners. Their mention doesn't mean those companies endorse us.

Section 3Work we make for clients

Websites shown in our web design portfolio, and the names, logos and content on them, belong to their respective owners. Ownership of work we create for a client is set by our agreement with that client.

Section 4Your content

Content you create with our software, such as the student records you keep in Progress Desk or the slides you publish with Panequill, stays yours. Each product's terms explain the limited permission it needs to work. For Panequill, see the Panequill copyright page.

Section 5Permission requests

To ask about quoting, reprinting, classroom use beyond fair use, translation or other rights, email support@papergiants.pub with the work, the part you'd like to use, and how you plan to use it.

Section 6Reporting copyright infringement

We respect the rights of creators. If you believe material on this website or in one of our products infringes your copyright, email support@papergiants.pub with the subject line “Copyright notice” and include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, or that of someone authorized to act for the copyright owner.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
  3. Where the material appears, with enough detail for us to find it, such as a link or screenshot.
  4. Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.

These are the elements required by the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). Where we find a notice valid, we'll remove or disable access to the material. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages.

Section 7Counter-notices

If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to support@papergiants.pub that includes your signature; a description of the material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and phone number, with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice. Unless that person tells us within 10 business days that they've filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days.
